The practice
Where modernisation meets machine intelligence
Most institutions we work with are running two agendas at once: replacing systems that predate the internet, and deciding what artificial intelligence should do for them.
Those agendas are usually run by different teams, on different timelines, with different vocabularies — which is why so much AI investment lands on top of data nobody trusts and networks that cannot carry it. Our position is that the two belong on a single roadmap, sequenced deliberately.
The practice pairs conventional IT modernisation — infrastructure, networks, systems integration, security — with AI and data capability, and does so in environments where budget cycles, procurement rules and public accountability set the pace.
